Spotted Lanternfly Seminar

March 9, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

CONSHOHOCKEN IS BEING INVADED! The spotted lanternfly has spread throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and is expected to expand its territory this spring. Damages in Pennsylvania alone are estimated to hit $18 billion. Homeowners, farmers, gardeners, and grocery buyers are affected; that includes you!

The Conshohocken Environmental Advisory Council (Green Conshy) has invited Penn State’s Master Watershed Steward Jeffrey Fehlenberg to discuss the threat posed by this foreign insect and the possible defense options available to the residents of Conshohocken. Admission is free, donations to the Penn State Extension office are welcome.

Seminar will be held in Jillian’s Café.
