Staff and Leadership

Our church thrives on a loving, enthusiastic, and supportive congregation but also a strong foundation of staff and volunteer team members. The team members listed below are responsible for meeting the spiritual needs of our congregation, communicating the good word, scheduling all events, and maintaining the facilities during the week.

Karen Bartkowski

Lead Pastor

July 2022 - Present

Pastor Karen LOVES the church! She is an effective and relevant preacher, inspiring small group leader and Bible study teacher, and a strategic thinker. She likes nothing more than to see others encounter God in new and meaningful ways.

She was ordained in May 2023. Prior to ministry, she spent 30 years working as a Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Services Manager in mostly long-term and memory care senior living communities. Karen graduated from Palmer Theological Seminary in 2020 and also holds a MEd. in Adult Education from Widener University and a B.S. of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College.

She is married to Frank and together they have twin sons, Josh and Jacob, along with Frank's two addtional daughters and one granddaughter.

Pastor Karen enjoys reading, watching/binging Hallmark Christmas movies and having great conversations, especially over a cup of coffee or around a fire pit.
