Conshohocken United Methodist Church (CUMC) is one member of an 11-million strong global community that opens hearts, opens doors, and opens minds through active engagement.
Comprised of lay people from our own church community, the CUMC Administrative Council diligently serves as the primary administrative body of our local church. Their mission is to oversee the management of CUMC, manage its financial budget, plan and carryout programs that fulfill the church’s mission of nurturing and outreach, and act in accordance with the guidelines set by the Eastern Conference of UMC.

Administrative Council Chair
Jake Kriebel is Chairman of CUMC's Administrative Council. Since the 1930s, the Kriebel family has proudly served and shaped the direction of CUMC - a tradition that continues today. As Chair, Jake resides over council meetings while also providing senior counsel to its administrative leaders. Jake served our country for over 27 years as a member of the Navy Air Reserve, while also serving our local community as a home repair contractor.
People Team Chair
Randi Pizzico is SPRC Chair at CUMC. The SPRC team, or People Team, is responsible for hiring and supporting the paid staff at CUMC and responding to any concerns that arise in the congregation regarding the way in which staff is performing their duties. Additionally, Randi is responsible for managing the nomination of individuals to serve on the various committees that keep CUMC running on a daily basis. Randi is a licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University. Randi has been active member of CUMC since 2006.
Financial Team Chair
Rick Barton is Chairman of CUMC's Financial Team. In this role, Rick works closely with the church's Treasurer and Finance Secretary to be faithful stewards of financial offerings made to CUMC. Rick completed his Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning at San Jose State University and today serves as the Director of Code Enforcement for Upper Dublin Township. Rick joined CUMC over 17 years ago.
Financial Team Treasurer
Jennifer Kriebel is Church Treasurer at CUMC. In the role, Jennifer is responsible for managing the church checkbook as well the yearly budget. Additionally, Jennifer assists with both the Stewardship committee and Ways & Means committee, a program designed to investigate new ways to fund church programs. Jennifer is a graduate of Albright College and today is a Partner at the Philadelphia-based accounting firm, KPMG LLP, where she works with clients to audit their financial statements and public offerings. Jennifer joined the church in 2003.

Dwight L. Young Jr.
Minister of Visitations
Minister Dwight L. Young Jr. is CUMC's Minister of Visitations, charged with assisting our Pastor with visiting hospitals, homes and our homebound members. Dwight is a veteran of the US Army, served our country during the Gulf War as a Chemical Operator Specialist, and today is a Water Specialist for Buck's County Water & Sewer Authority. Dwight is a Certified Evangelist and first joined CUMC in 2010.
Teresa Burgess serves as CUMC's Lay Leader, acting as a liaison between the church congregation and its Pastor. Additionally, Teresa can be found teaching at CUMC's Disciple Bible Study, as well at its Sunday School. A nursing graduate from James Madison University, Teresa worked as a Hospice and Visiting Nurse for over 15 years. Teresa's family began attending CUMC in 2014 and official joined the church in 2015.
Bob Maziars serves as Church Sexton at CUMC. In this role, Bob is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the church and property grounds. Bob is a graduate of Plymouth Whitmarsh High School, a Machinist at Transicoil LLC, and has been an active member of the CUMC family since 1988.
